OBJECTIVE
Our objective with SmartRoad is to help promote a green lifestyle while also helping our fellow commuters save on time and money. With such an ambitious solution, SmartRoad intends to grow product awareness and maximize efficiency all over the world.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Our product is one that can reach people all over the world. With the support of governments and departments of transportation, we can make SmartRoad part of everyone's daily commute. We also work closely with educating our audience on how SmartRoad can be beneficial for the environment as well as their pocket.
MESSAGE THEME
SmartRoad is a product that promotes improvement, but because it is new, there will be a leanring/adoption curve. This will naturally make our messages theme highly informational. We believe that because it will aid in the lives in so many, our streamline solution will be adopted and appreciated by a global audience.
OUR SUPPORT
Our support system includes a highly skilled team and fluidly advanced infrastructure. We believe that our product is so helpful and attainable that general commuters will adopt the idea, putting pressure on road system owners to adopt this solution to greenhouse emissions.
OUR CONSTRAINTS
Constraints to SmartRoad include initial funding, timescale/adoption rate, regulation, and taxation.Â
Funding was an initial struggle but is fully attainable with a board of investors and aid in GoFundMe donation success related to viral online viral marketing. As for timescale and adoption rates, we may face the problem of not having a large enough team to man all the installations of SmartRoad. Lastly, it is still unclear what regulatory and tax hurdles this ambitious product will face upon launch.
