While being the first to introduce a product like SmartRoad eliminates competitors, it also means that we may have large numbers of people who are skeptical about our product and how it works. Adoption rates could be potentially slow.

OPPORTUNITIES

SmartRoads biggest opportunity is to gain government contracts that would allow SmartRoad to cover countries all over the world. Also, the mission of the product can lower the emissions rate of our planets commuters.

THREATS

SmartRoad faces the threat of skepticism after launch. Such an ambitious product could be perceived negatively due to its involving electrical intervention with peoples vehicles. All new products will experience initial backlash from skeptics in the market.
